If your child has lost their Bus Pass you will have to get a replacement Bus Pass as soon as possible.How and where can I get a relacement Bus Pass?
- The quickest way to get one is to come to our office at Maquarie Fileds and one can be issued over the counter. (subject to payment of $10.00 fee).
- Alternatively you can contact us and we will post or fax you out an application form which need to be completed and returned to our office together with a $10.00 fee. We will then post out the new Bus Pass. (generally takes 2 - 5 day to get back to you from when we recieve the form)
- Or you can obtain an Lost Pass Application Brochure from any one of our buses, completed and returned to our office together with a $10.00 fee.We will then post out the new Bus Pass. (generally takes 2 - 5 day to get back to you from when we recieve the form)
Can my children travel free while they are waiting for their new Bus Pass to arrive?
- NO, unfortunately the scheme does not cater for this and the children must pay the appropiate fare to the driver.
What happens if my child refuses or fails to show their Bus Pass?
- Your child must present his/her Bus Pas when boarding the bus, failure to do so may result the suspension of yourchild's Free Travel privilege.
